BSc(Adv) graduate researching temporal phage-host dynamics in the human gut. My project involves optimisation of feacal DNA extraction, followed by next-generation sequencing and bioinformatic analysis. I aim to create a reproducible workflow for longitude gut microbiome research and to illuminate temporal behavior of phage and their bacterial hosts in the gut.
